   4. Typ­ic­al structures
4. Key ele­ments we need to use to pre­pare a busi­ness pro­cess mod­el not included in BPMN: 
   1. RACI mat­rix
   2. CRUD mat­rix
   3. Decision tables
   4. Doc­u­ments mock-up structure
