- Key terms definitions (process, a product of the process, business process, procedure)
- BUSINESS PROCESS MODEL & NOTATION™ (BPMN™, based on Chapter 7 Overview, of the original specification)
- Descriptive, Analytic and Common Executable models, what the difference
- Basic elements in analytics models
- Key definitions
- Typical structures
- Key elements we need to use to prepare a business process model not included in BPMN:
- RACI matrix (role and responsibility)
- CRUD matrix (document access)
- Decision tables (non-trivial business logic)
- Documents mock-up structure (details of the BPMN DataObjects structure)
- Business vocabulary and rules (domain namespaces)
- Summary.
The course lasts three days and consists mainly of lectures and discussions. Additional workshops are possible.
